Kartik Aaryan, a popular Bollywood actor, is renting out a swanky flat in the upscale Juhu region for ₹4.5 lakh a month. Real estate star performer.

 As can be seen from the stamp duty registered on the title, the apartment is located at Siddhi Vinayak Presidency Co-operative Housing Society. Built in 1999, the apartment is right in the middle of a white, yellow and red building as shown in the schematic of the map. The total stamp duty registered was for ₹42,500. The apartment has a total area of 1912 sq ft and the sale transaction was done on 30th June 2024. The purchase was made jointly between Aaryan Desai and his mother Mala Tiwari. The stamp duty and registration fee amounted to ₹1.05 crore and ₹30000, respectively. The car parking spaces are included in the transaction. In total, the purchase price was ₹17,500,000. According to the data seen on the real-estate website, the rental yield of the apartment is 3.1 per cent.

Interestingly, this was not his only building investment; in July 2023,₹16.5 crore apartment on the eighth floor of the same building.

 Juhu, with its picture-postcard views on the seafront and the choicest residences, continues to be a favourite hunting ground for celebrities and business elites, helped by its vicinity to all the star amenities. His cloying on-screen performances have ensured an ardent fanbase, and confirmed him as a mainstay of a new generation of Bollywood actors. 

 Two of his latest films – the biopic Chandu Champion and the movie Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, which is scheduled for release this Diwali – have been received well.
