Israeli Airstrikes on Gaza: At Least 125 Palestinians Killed

Israeli airstrikes on Gaza have once again turned Gaza into a war zone. At least 125 Palestinians have died in the latest wave of attacks. Israel continues its campaign with expanded air and ground operations across the region. The situation grows worse daily, with civilians paying the highest price.
Israeli Airstrikes on Gaza Hit Declared Safe Zone, Kill Dozens
Early in the morning, Israeli airstrikes struck Al-Mawasi, a location previously declared a “safe zone.” Twenty-two civilians died inside tents. These tents belonged to families displaced by earlier bombings. In The strikes also injured over 100 people. Rescue teams rushed to the scene, finding bodies buried under collapsed shelters.

Mahmud Bassal, a civil defence official, confirmed the deaths. He called the attack “a series of violent bombings.” The victims included many women and children. “More than half were children,” Bassal told reporters. The attack shocked residents who thought they were finally safe in Al-Mawasi.
World Condemns Israeli Airstrikes on Civilians
International reactions followed quickly after the deadly Israeli airstrikes. UN Secretary-General António Guterres condemned the violence. He urged both sides to accept a permanent ceasefire. “The suffering in Gaza must end,” he said during the Arab League summit in Baghdad.
European leaders echoed this demand. Italy called on Israel to stop all attacks. Germany said it was “deeply concerned” by recent developments. European Council President António Costa said, “I am shocked by the news from Gaza.” Many leaders asked the global community to act before it’s too late.
Blockade Deepens Humanitarian Crisis in Gaza
Since March 2, Israel has blocked humanitarian aid. No food, medicine, or fuel enters Gaza. Many people drink unsafe water. Hospitals face power shortages. Aid agencies warn of looming famine. They fear the crisis could worsen in coming days.
The blockade affects everyone, especially the displaced families. They live in makeshift tents without proper shelter or clean water. Children fall sick more often now. Mothers struggle to feed their babies. The United Nations has raised urgent alarms. But so far, no solid help has reached them.
Time for Peace and Protection of Human Life
The latest Israeli airstrikes show the need for lasting peace. Killing civilians will not solve political issues. Global leaders must stop this cycle of violence. The world must protect innocent lives above politics. Every second counts in Gaza now.
